Technology Background:
The ball tongue is one of the link fittings used between iron tower and insulators in power transmission line.In high-voltage transmission line, flashover occurs on the surface of outdoor vertically suspended insulator strings mostly due to bird droppings attached to the insulator strings or icicles formed on the edges of the insulator by snow or freezing rain. At present, there is no good way to prevent flashover.In order to solve the above problems,the ball eyes can effectively avoid the flashover phenomena.
