The cable extension arm is used to support a telephone cable at a distance from the pole.  Mounting to the pole is accomplished by a two 5/8 inch(15.88mm) bolt at 280mm opening of the arm a two 1/2 inch (12.7mm) lag screw or 5/8(15.88mm)  inch boll at the lower leg of the tee support.
