Insulated Piercing Connector Clamp

Description:
The insulated piercing clamp is composed of reinforced shell,piercing blade,sealed plate,waterproof silicone grease, high strength bolt, torque nut and cable terminal cap cover.
When the cable wire need to be branched or connected, firstly,insert the cable branch line terminal into waterproof end cap sleeve, fix the branch of main wire , then using the socket wrench to twist torque nut on the wire clamp , contact blades can pierce through the cable insulation layer in the process, the silicone grease in the shell overflows around the place contacted with the conductor where the seal ring pressure cable is pierced. Once the set point is reached, the torque nut structure would fall down,then the main line and branch line is connected and the waterproof performance and the parameters of the electrical effect reach the standard requirements.
