Product Description

C-type clips for transformers are made of special aluminum alloy materials,  which have strong electrical conductivity and are suitable for both aluminum conductors,  copper conductors and copper-aluminum transition conductors. The clip is mainly used in the connection of the incoming  and outgoing bolts and wires of transformers,  switches and other devices. One end is not completely closed and the inner thread is connected to the stud,  and the other end is connected to the wire. The inner threaded round tube and the wire are compressed by the stranded  wire wedge block. The incompletely closed threaded round tube has elasticity and can store and release the wires and  screws The energy caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the column. When the load increases and the wire  heats up and expands, the threaded round tube will open slightly;  when the wire shrinks, the threaded round tube retracts due to its own elasticity,  and always maintains a constant contact pressure (co-breathing).
The stranded wire wedge installed between the threaded round pipe and the wire can generate a very large side pressure  under a certain force,  so that a sufficient contact pressure is generated between the C-type clamp and the wire and the transformer stud. The  transformer stud and the inner thread round tube are completely matched,  which greatly increases the contact surface between the transformer thread and the C-type clamp,  and maintains stable contact performance.
Applicable voltage levels:  380V, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV, 330KV, can be used for the connection of aluminum taps to aluminum wires,  aluminum taps to copper wires, copper taps to copper wires, and copper taps to aluminum wires.
