Product Description

The overhead insulated cable has the characteristics of large power transmission and strong mechanical strength. Compared with bare wires, it has the advantages of small laying span, high safety and reliability, and good resistance to atmospheric aging. The racks are preferentially used for urban and rural power transmission construction projects.
This product is suitable for overhead power lines and transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage U (Um) 10 (12) KV and below in urban high-rise buildings, tourist development zones, forest areas, etc.
JK stands for overhead
L represents the conductor is aluminum wire,

Product Instructions for Use

Operating temperature: the maximum long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C
Short-circuit temperature: the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250 ºC during short-circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s)
Laying temperature: the ambient temperature when laying the cable should not be lower than 0 ºC
Bending radius: the bending radius of single-core cable is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of multi-core cable is not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
Scope of application: It can be laid indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches and pipes, and can also be buried in loose soil. The cable can withstand certain laying traction, but cannot withstand mechanical external force.

Product Instructions for Use

(1) Rated voltage of cable is 10 kV.
(2)Max. long – term permissible operating temperature of conductor:
Xlpe insulation is 90ºC
High density polyethylene insulation 75ºC
(3) When short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5 seconds), the highest temperature of cable:
Xlpe insulation is 250ºC
High density polyethylene insulation is 150ºC.
(4) The laying temperature of cable should not be less than — 20ºC
(5) Allowable minimum bending radius of cable:
Single core cable: 20 (D+d);
Multi-core cable: 15 (D+d);
