JXD series wedge-shaped parallel groove clamps are suitable for the non-load bearing connection or branch between  overhead insulated aluminum stranded wires or steel-cored aluminum stranded wires in overhead distribution lines.
The wire clamp is composed of a wedge-shaped shell and a wedge block,  and special installation tools (ejection gun or manual hydraulic pliers) are required to install the wire clamp and the  wire.
