NFC33040 Anti Thermoplastic Insulation Suspension Clamp for LV Overhead Line

Description

The assembly is made of the suspension clamp itself equipped with an adjustable grip device, the body is linked to the aluminium alloy die casted bracket by a movable link

Suspension clamp and movable link are made of anti UV stabilized black thermoplastic fiber glass reinforced.

This assembly is ready to be installed on the pole using either one bolt M16 or 2stainless steel straps 20×0.7mm

This suspension assembly is in line with the French standard NF C 33 040 and the new European standard EN 50483-3

Mechanical tests (breaking load of 12kN)

Slip tests on cables (no slippage below 300N)

Dielectric voltage test (4kV in air)

Environmental tests (climatic and corrosion)
