Armoured Electrical Cable Application:

Armoured Electrical Cable is Used in transformer stations, switching blocks, in electric power plants
and industrial plants. Medium voltage power cable for static application in ground, within and outside
facilities, outdoor, in cable canals, in water, in conditions where cables are not exposed to heavier
mechanical stress and tensile strain.

Armoured Electrical Cable Construction:

Conductor : Compact stranded copper conductor, Cl.2 as per IEC 60228

Insulation : XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene) rated at 90 OC

Inner sheath :PVC

Armored :Stainless Steel Tape.

Sheath : PVC or FR-PVC type ST2 to IEC 60502, black
