Description:
Hot line clamps are cast with high conductivity aluminium alloy compatible with any aluminium or aluminium covered conductor. An enclosed compression compression spring on the eye screw thread in clamp run provides vibration resistant connections.

Application:
Cable clamp widely used in overhead lines fittings and substations,connecting with overhead ground wire,insulator,on the equipment .It includes a series of type, such as the type with clevis,abrasion proof type, corona proof type,hang up or down envelope type.the material can be Malleable cast-iron or aluminum alloy.

YZ type clamps for hot line work are live line tools compatible for distribution tap connections. Their raw materials are selected from bronze alloy or aluminum alloy with high strength, corrosion resistance and conductor compatibility. Besides that, their other characteristics are as follows:
1. Extended jaw width means excellent conductor contact, reduced joint temperature, minimal conductor cold flow and reduced twisting of the conductor during installation;
2. Spring loaded feature compensates for cold flow and offsets tightening torque vibrations;
3. Forged eye bolts provide corrosion free strength and uniformed expansion under loading;
4. The side positioned tap connection prevents possible corrosion of conductor or clamp on bimetal connections;
