1. Introduction of pvc insulated cable :
(1)Voltage rating :0.6/1kv,3.6/6kv.
PVC insulated power cable are suitable for fixed laying in distribution lines with A.C 50HZ and voltage rating of up to including 6kv.
(2)Number of Cable Cores:Single core,2 cores,3 cores,4 cores(including 4 equal-section-area cores or 3  equal-section-area cores and one smaller section area neutral core),5 cores(5 equal-section-area cores or 3 equal-section-area and 2 smaller section area neutral cores).We provide armoured type and non-armoured type for the cables stated above.
(3)Nominal cross-sectional area:1.5 mm2 , 2.5 mm2  ,4 mm2 , 6 mm2 , 10 mm2  , 16 mm2 ,25 mm2  , 35 mm2 , 50 mm2  ,70 mm2  , 95 mm2  ,120 mm2  ,150 mm2 ,185 mm2  ,240 mm2 ,300 mm2 ,400 mm2 ,500 mm2 ,630 mm2, 800 mm2,1000 mm2
(4)Standard of Manufacture:
For PVC insulated power cable and fire resistant cable,we carry out chinese national standard GB12706(equivalent to IEC60502).
For foreign customers ,we can manufacture in accordance with  BS,DIN,ASTM,AS/NZS and other countries standards.
(5) Performance Characteristics:
1) Long-term permissible temperature for cable shall not be higher than 70ºC.
2)Conductor maximum short circuit (not more than 5 seconds) temperature shall npt be higher han 160 ºC.
3)The cable is not  limited  by drop in level when being laid,and the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0ºC.
4)Perfect chemical stability,resistant against acids,alkalis,grease and organic solvents,and flame retardance.
5)Light weight,perfect bending properties,installed and maintained easily and conveniently.
