S11/S13-M. RL series 10kV grade solid core transformer is a newly developed product, which breaks through the traditional planar structure and adopts three-phase symmetrical solid structure. And because there is no air gap in the magnetic circuit, the winding is more compact, the magnetic conduction direction of the silicon steel strip is completely consistent, the three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangle solid, the three magnetic circuits are the same length, and all are the shortest, and the processing and nesting are free of materials; Therefore, it is an efficient and energy-saving transformer that uses traditional materials, but has lower operating noise and more compact structure. Its outstanding performance in reducing loss and saving materials fully conforms to China’s energy conservation policy, and is widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, ships and other important or special environmental sites.
This product meets the requirements of the national standards: General Rules for Power Transformers (GB1094.1-1996), Power Transformer Temperature Rise (GB1094.2-1996), Power Transformer Insulation Level and Insulation Test (GB1094.3-2003) and Power Transformer Short Circuit withstand Capacity (GB1094.5-2008).

Product features:
1. Low operating noise
According to JB/T10088-1999 noise standard, the noise of S13-M.RL and S11-M.RL series is reduced by about 7-9dB.
2. Low no-load current
Due to the excellent material of the wound core and the characteristics of winding processing, the no-load current is significantly reduced. According to the current national standard GB/T6451-1999, the no-load current of S13-M.RL series drops by 75% on average; the no-load current of S11-M.RL series drops by 75% on average.
3. Energy saving and consumption reduction
Compared with S11 series transformers with the same capacity, the no-load loss of S13-M.RL series is reduced by more than 25%, and the no-load current is reduced by 70%.
4. The three-phase balanced three-
dimensional triangular wound core is composed of three identical single frames. The three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangle. The lengths of the magnetic circuits of the three core columns are equal and the magnetic circuits are completely symmetrical, so the three phases are balanced.
5. Short-circuit resistance enhancement
frames and pads are distributed around the body, and the pads are pressed by an iron platen in the center, and the three-phase force is uniform and symmetrical. The compressed area of the coil increases by 15.7% compared with the planar arrangement. The clip is a three-dimensional triangular frame structure, which is welded into one body. Due to the stability of the three-dimensional triangle, the overall strength is high, and the three-phase force is consistent.
