Sca conductor bare ACSR 25mm2/35mm2/50mm2/100mm2

Aluminum 1350 wires and the steel cores are concentrically stranded and wrapped helically around a central wire. The additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the cores or infusion of the complete cable with grease.
It is applied for large span overhead transmission and distribution lines or overhead ground wire of lines.Temperature of continous use can be up to 75ºC

1. SCA(ACSR) Goat Conductor/ACSR is widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, and also used in power lines across great rivers, heavy ice area, etc. with special geographical situation.
2.SCA( ACSR )Goat Conductor/ACSR has excellent advantage of high strength, large current carrying capacity and good catenaries property as well as wear-resistance, anti-crush and corrosion-proof with simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity.
3. SAC(ACSR )Goat Conductor/ACSR consists of a galvanized steel core of 1 wire , 7 wires or 19 wires surrounded by concentric layers of aluminium wire . When a conductor with a high current carrying capacity and comparatively low strength is required , special constructions are available with a high aluminium content.
