1. Applications
Aerial Bundled Cable Single Core is used primarily for 600V overhead secondary Power distribution lines. It is not an electrically insulated conductor and is treated as a bare conductor when installed. It is not an electrically insulated cable. Therefore, it should be installed on insulators, and users should treat line wire as a bare conductor for personal safety.

2. Specification
The conductor can be a compressed or concentric strand or sold.
The conductor can be a strand of ACSR, AAC or AAAC, or copper upon request.
Normally outer layer of the strand is right-hand, but for copper conductors, the direction of a layer of the outer layer of the strand is left-hand.
Covering material can be PE/PVC/XLPE.

3. Standards
ANSI/ICEA S-70-547
Other National Standards can also be applied.
