Cable Construction

The tree wire is designed with concentrically stranded conductors – ACSR which are either compressed or compact depending on conductor size, available with AAAC or AAC. The conductors can be covered with high-density track-resistant Polyethylene (HDTRPE) or track-resistant crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation to meet different applications.

 Temperature :

– Normal operation 90°C.

– Emergency over load conditions 130°C.

– Short circuit conditions 250°C.

Voltage rating :

15 kV phase to phase AC TESTING VOLTAGE : 27 kV for 5 minutes

Cable length in each drum: 1000m/2000m or as per actual cable length requirements.
