Applications :

• These flat parallel cables are designed for use on AC mining equipment, such as A.C. shuttle cars, drills,cutting and loading machines.

Conductor:• 6 AWG thru 4/0 AWG coated annealed copper, bunched wires, rope-lay-stranded perASTM B172
Insulation:• Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation colored (black, white and red)
Ground-Check Conductor:• Coated copper, rope-lay-stranded and shaped ground-check conductor is insulated with a yellow elastomer
Grounding Conductor:• Coated copper, rope-lay-stranded and shaped with a green elastomer covering designed to keep the grounding conductor in place in theflat assembly
Jacket:• Extra-heavy-duty, lead-cured Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE)
Jacket Marking:• HUATONG CABLES (SIZE) 3/C TYPE SHD-GC 2000 VOLTS 07-KA160016 MSHA

Options :

• Other jacket materials such as CSP/PCP/NBR/PVC/TPU are available upon request.
• Two-layer jacket with reinforcing fibre between the two layers can be offered as an option.

• Minimum Bending Radius: 6×OD.
• Maximum Conductor Operating Temperature: +90ºC.

Ampacity-Based on a conductor temperature of 90ºC and an ambient air temperature of 40ºC, per ICEA S-75-381.
