URD 5~46kv Concentric Neutral Power Cable with 100% Insulation Level

1. Applications

 5 to 45KV  XLPE insulated single core concentric neutral cables are used for the transmissio and electrical energy, distribution of electrical energy

3. Cable Construction

Conducor: stranded  annealed  compcted copper or aluminium wire,  in Class B
                 2AWG~1600MCM

Conductor Shield: Semi-conducting compound

Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Tree retardant cross-linked polyethylene (TR-XLPE) 

Insulation Shield: Semi-conducting compound

Concentric Neutral wire: Soft annealed solid copper wires per ASTM B3, helically applied and uniformly spaced. Full or 1/3 Neutral. On request, alternate neutral construction and Water Swellable Powder (WSP).

Wrapping tape(optional): non-woven clothing tape

Outer sheath:  Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyethylene (PE). Configuration Options: On request, Triplex or Paralleled configurations.

4. MAXIMUM CONDUCTOR TEMPERATURE

Normal continuous at 90ºC, Overload at 130ºC and Short circuit at 250ºC
