The pre branch cable is composed of four parts: 1. trunk cable; 2. Branch line; 3 Branch connector: 4 relevant accessories, and there are three types: ordinary type, flame-retardant type (ZR), fire-resistant type (NH). Pre branch cable is a substitute for bus duct power supply in high-rise buildings. It has the advantages of reliable power supply, convenient installation, good waterproof, small building area, low failure rate, low price, maintenance free, etc. It is suitable for distribution lines with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV. Excellent seismic resistance, air tightness, water resistance and fire resistance
(1) It has excellent seismic resistance. Generally, the enclosed mechanical connection bus duct is installed in parallel relying on the wall. When the wall is shaken, the joints of the enclosed bus duct are loose, and the prefabricated branch cables will not be affected. Especially, no measures are required when passing through the settlement joints of the building

Product installation matters and ordering instructions

Laying and installation:
Preparation before laying and installation
Be familiar with and determine the laying direction and position of cables according to the requirements of design drawings
(1) Prepare construction scheme and organize professional construction personnel
(2) Tools and equipment for laying and installation
(3) Verify the model, specification and packing sequence of cables
(4) Verify the accessories and assign the installation site of accessories
Constructor
(1) Place the cable reel on the pay off stand
(2) When the cable is vertically installed, the cable paying off rack is downstairs, and the cable is lifted through the rope with a winch or pulley block. Professional construction personnel are required for each floor. After the termination, hang the cable on the installed hook
(3) When the cable is installed horizontally, the cable paying off rack is at the power receiving position, and the cable is laid manually by professional construction personnel (one person is required every two meters, and the commander is in charge)
(4) Fix the central part of prefabricated branch cable trunk line and branch line as required
(5) Connect the trunk line, branch line and electrical control device in phase sequence
(6) Clean the site after installation, and measure the insulation resistance of each circuit connected to each phase of prefabricated branch cable
(7) Fill in construction records
Precautions during laying and installation
1. When laying, it is better to adopt forward hoisting. When the construction site is limited or has special requirements, it can also adopt reverse hoisting. No matter which setting method, the branch line shall not be released in advance during the process to prevent the branch body from scratching when passing through the hole, and to avoid being subjected to excessive mechanical external force
2. During hoisting, ropes with strength more than 4 times of the cable weight must be selected. After laying, install and fix clamps from top to bottom
3. The bending radius of cable shall not be less than 25D during laying and installation
4. When fixing single core prefabricated branch cable, it is prohibited to use metal clamps
5. When the trunk line and branch line are connected with the electrical measuring apparatus and the electrical measuring apparatus, the metal clamp must be used, and the metal type of the clamp must be selected correctly
6. Hangers must be installed on the load-bearing wall
Ordering instructions:
The pre branch cable is prefabricated as a whole according to the power distribution characteristics, design requirements and environmental conditions of the construction project. The following conditions should be noted when ordering:
1. Correctly provide the type and model of prefabricated branch cable
2. Determine the exact distance between each branch head and the size from the terminal branch head to the hanger
3. Determine the exact length of the branch line
4. Provide the distance from the beginning of the trunk line of the pre branch cable to the first branch head
5. Provide power distribution system diagram and prefabricated branch cable size sketch
