Application:

Slitting line is an special equipment to slit silicon steel sheet roll into certain width strips and rewind them into 
strip rolls under certain tension.

Features: 

Ø Advanced “pull-slitting”+”feed-slitting” technology to ensure the high slitting accuracy and meet different kinds
of material.

Ø High level of cutting accuracy by means of precision shear.

Low burr and low camber slitting process due to optimized shear design(high-rigidity Slitter and reminder
system, Design deflection of main shaft is 0.0001).

Ø Rational design of the machine, All machine units are driven by electrically, pneumatically and hydraulically, 
Efficient and easy to operate.

Ø Use OMRON/SIEMENS PLC control system to ensure the reliability of runnning in long-term, equipped the
Inferface panel to make the production more easy and clear.

Ø Equipped the Speed controller for Decoiler, Slitter and Reminder, the slit speed of Decoiler, Slitter and
Reminder is matching auto, ensure the running of whole line speed synchronization.

Ø Adoption of Carbide blades to make width adjustment faster and ensure the slitting accuracy with burr below
0.02mm, every blade can slit more than 90,000m after grinding.
