ZW43-12G outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12KV. The switch is mainly used as a substation 10KV outgoing switch and a 10KV three-phase AC power system as a line protection switch for dividing and combining load current, breaking overload current and short-circuit current.
The circuit breaker conforms to technical standards such as GB1984-2003 (high voltage AC circuit breaker), DL/T402-2007 (high voltage AC circuit breaker ordering technical conditions) and DL/T403-2000 (12KV-40.5 high voltage vacuum circuit breaker ordering technical conditions).

Three-phase pillar type fully enclosed structure with high sealing performance:
1. The breaking performance is stable and reliable, there is no danger of burning and explosion, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.

1. The power of the energy storage motor is small, the energy consumption of opening and closing is low, the mechanism transmission adopts the direct transmission mode, the number of parts is small, and the reliability is high.
2. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed box, which can effectively prevent corrosion and improve the reliability of the mechanism.
Convenient and flexible control and free combination performance:
1. Manual opening or electric opening and closing and remote control operation can be used.
2. It can be matched with intelligent controller to realize power distribution automation, or combined with recloser controller to form automatic recloser and sectionalizer.
3. Two-phase or three-phase current transformers can be installed for over-current or short-circuit protection.
4. It can provide the current acquisition signal for the intelligent controller, and can install the current transformer for metering according to the user’s requirements.
5. The three-phase linkage isolating switch can be taken out, with the anti-mistake interlocking device, and the arrester pillar insulator can be connected, which is convenient for maintenance.

Environment condition

1. Ambient air temperature: -5~+40 and the average temperature should not exceed +35 in 24h.
2. Install and use indoors. Altitude above sea level for operation site should not exceed 2000M.
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.
4. Installation gradient not exceed 5.
5. Install in the places without fierce vibration and shock and the sites insufficient to erode the electrical components.
