0.6/1kv PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Waterproof Electrical Cable

1. Main Application
PVC insulated cables are used in power distribution and transmission, building wire, appliance wiring, flexible cord and machine tool wiring. Insulation and jackets made from PVC have a number of desirable properties that make them the insulation and jacketing material of choice for many common applications. These properties include flexibility, resistance to temperature, resistance to adverse environmental situations and low cost.

2. Standards
GB/12706-2008, ASTM, IEC60502, BS, DIN, AS/NZS and ICEA or as customer required.

3 Product Properties
(1) Max. Continuous operating temperature of conductor is 70º C.
(2) Short (the longest duration of no more than 5s) maximum operating temperature of cable conductor is: Cross-section ≤ 300 mm2, 160 º C; Cross section> 300 mm2, 140 º C.
(3) The installation temperature should not over 0º C, if the ambient temperature is lower than 0º C, the cable should be preheated, the bending radius of cable should not less than10-20 times.

4. Product Type

Note: Our manufacture can produce flame retardant, fire resistance, termite-type; Low smoke zero halogen, low smoke halogen type and other types of cables according to customer requirements.

Armour: Aluminium wire, Galvanized steel wire or Steel tape
Outer Sheath: PVC Compound

Note: The armored material of single core cable should be non-magnetic or magnetic reduced structure. Generallly, single core armored cable (which uses steel or steel wire armored cable) only applies to DC occasions.
