Note: Equipment is designed and manufactured according to china industrial norms.

Supplied by the Buyer:

1  Installation & installation materials, furnace refractory lining; hydraulic medium, lubrication medium
and cleaning medium; graphite electrodes;

2 Civil works and design (Seller provides furnace foundation drawings and civil work requirements),
embedded furnace foundation parts;

3 Water supply and gas supply main inlet are laid to Seller’s equipment connection point, H.V.
incoming line is connected to supplied H.V. Switchboard and transformer, L.V. are connect to Seller’s
L.V. distribution panel.

Quotation conditions

All present and/or future taxes and duties related to the execution of this Contract, income tax levied on
the Contractor’s personnel, tax on foreign contractor’s business operated in Vietnam in accordance
with existing laws, shall be borne by the Owner;

The Seller will dispatch engineers to supervise furnace installation and commissioning. Round trip air
ticket, local traffic transportation and accommodation cost is afforded by the Buyer. Site supervision
fee is $200 USD for 1 engineer per day;

Manufacturing period: 4 months after receiving down payment.
