Indoor 24kv Sf6 Insulated Epoxy Resin Load Break Switch Lbs

FLN36-24kV load break switch use SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating.There are three  work stations: opening,closing and grounding in the  switch. It has small volume,installing easy-to use, strong environmental adaptability and other characteristics.

FLN36-24 load break switch and FLRN36 -24D load break switch plus fuse  combination can be  used to protect and control the electric equipments  for power supply and transformer substations,  which is especially suitable for RMU, cable branch cabinet and distribution switching substation.

Its performance indicators in full compliance IEC420,694,129 and national standards GB3804-2004″3.6kV-0.5kV high voltage AC load breaker switch”GB1985-2004″high-voltage AC isolation switch and earthing switch”, GB/ T11022-1999″common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards”, This is the main switching element RMU.
The load breaker switch is a collection multifunctional medium voltage switchgear of gates, sub-gate, earthing. In a fully sealed with strengthen the structure of the epoxy resin housing to filled with SF6 gas,0.05MPa , with the minimum parts to achieve the above three functions, to ensure product quality, improve reliability, maintenance-free. It can be safely run for more than 20 years in normal conditions.

Basic functions and features:

1.Load breaker switch adapts double fracture, rotary movable contact structure, with the following three kinds of operating states: Closing,opening,earthing.
2.Using SF6 gas as an arc extinguishing and insulating medium, the main circuit seals by the upper and lower housing pouring epoxy resin, the conductive function is unaffected by external influences.
3.Good safety performance. If internal arcing occurs, the housing has an internal structure weak point, it will be rushed to open, followed by the cabinet above the shutter release arc red open air overpressure stream-oriented outside the cabinet, ensure that the switch cabinet security checks.

Normal working Environment

 1. Altitude: ≤1000m

 2. Ambient temperature at -30ºC to +40ºC, the daily average temperature should not more than 30ºC.

 3. The daily average of relative humidity is less than 95%, the average monthly is less than 90%.

 4. Working environment should be without steam, gas, chemical corrosive deposition, salt fog, dust, dirt and other dangerous explosive media, which will severely impact on insulation and conductivity of products.

 5. Working environment should not be regular vibration or serious bumps.
