GKD mining general low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for underground coal mines where there is no danger of gas  and coal dust explosions. In the power distribution system of the central control room, the parking lot,  the main ventilation duct and the main ventilation duct power distribution room or other similar industrial factories,  ports, metallurgy, chemical industry, high-rise building basements, large warehouses, oil fields, subways,  and wet places in underground buildings It is a complete set of switchgear for starting,  controlling and protecting power, power distribution, lighting,  motor control and other electrical equipment in a three-phase three-wire neutral point ungrounded power supply system of  380 or 660v, rated frequency of 50Hz.
The switchgear complies with the national standard GB/T12173-2008 “General Electrical Equipment for Mining”,  GB3836.1-2010 “Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment”, GB3836.3-2010 “Explosive Atmosphere Part 3: by the increase Safety Type “e” Protected Equipment” has been reviewed by the state-designated inspection unit,  passed the inspection,  and obtained a mining certificate. It is suitable for other similar underground industrial production sectors such as  coal mines without gas, coal dust explosion hazards and non-coal mines.

Product features and Structural Principles

1. The main frame of the switch cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate (or stainless steel plate) after bending,  and then partially welded and assembled. The left and right mounting beams are assembled and welded with the main frame  and the steel column with the inherent modulus (29mm) mounting holes. The overall structure:  It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, no deformation, high installation precision,  and easy batch installation.
2. The cabinet has double doors at the front and back,  with a lock on the door. The front door is equipped with a protective panel,  measuring instruments and indicator lights in the measuring room. The main busbar in the switch cabinet is placed on the  upper part of the cabinet and fixed with flame-retardant high-strength insulating busbar clips. The electrical  components are installed on the mounting beams in the cabinet and fastened with bolts. It can be freely adjusted up and  down, left and right, and the installation is convenient and flexible.
3. The switch cabinet door is sealed with rubber sponge strips to achieve the sealing requirements between the door and  the cabinet, and the protection level is IP54.
4. The switch cabinet can be operated from the front of the cabinet,  and can be installed and inspected at the front and rear of the cabinet.
5. The switchgear can be used alone or assembled in an array. (It can replace ordinary switchgear such as GGD, GCS,  RMNS, etc.)
6. The cable entry device of the switchgear can be opened arbitrarily according to the thickness of the cable,  and there are bolts for convenient general grounding.
7. It can be equipped with mine leakage protection device and selective leakage protection device.

Principle and structure:
The shell of the switchgear is made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate,  which can withstand the impact strength and strength test stipulated by the national standard and the technical  conditions of this product. The color is RAL7035. The cables are fed through cable trenches,  sealed with explosion-proof glue after installation,  and the switch cabinet is fixed. The inlets that are not used during installation are blocked with explosion-proof glue.
