B4-72 series explosion-proof centrifugal fan is mainly composed of aluminum impeller, casing, air inlet and explosion-proof motor. It can transport air and other gases that are non self igniting, harmless to human body and non corrosive to steel. No viscous substances are allowed in the gas. The dust and hard particles contained in the gas shall not exceed 150mg. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC. It can be used for ventilation of flammable, explosive and volatile gases.

Precautions for installation and use:
Read the fan instructions before using the fan to help you use the equipment correctly.
1. Check the components and main parts of the fan before installation to check whether the parts are damaged, friction, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired before it can be officially used.
2. Check whether there are sundries and tools left inside the casing.
3. The air duct should have a separate support, and the fan should not bear the weight of the air duct.
4. When installing the C-type fan, make sure that the position of the fan wheel in the air casing is correct, and ensure that the end face of the pulley is flush.
5. When installing the D-type fan, make sure that the position of the impeller in the air casing is correct, and ensure that the motor and the shaft are coaxial.
6. When the bearing seat of the transmission group leaves the factory, the transportation problem should be considered. There is no lubricating oil inside. After the fan is installed, please add lubricating oil to the bearing seat. Add 20# lubricating oil to the fan running at room temperature, and add 30# when running at a higher temperature. Lubricating oil, the amount of refueling is appropriate if the oil level is located in the middle of the oil sight glass of the bearing seat.
