Foil Transformer Winding

Features: 

Ø The tensioning system includes roller tensioning and dec-oiler tensioning. Both tension forces are active
force generated by motor, which is constant and easy to control compare to the traditional passive tension   
force. The tensioning roller provides more than 80% of the tension force. The tensioning roller frame can move 
horizontally for regulating the offset.

Ø The tensioning roller is aligned in the front ( 1 meter from the winding shaft), the frame of tensioning roller is
put on a high accuracy linear slide table, and moves horizontally according to the feedback of offset regulating
system. This device inherits all the advantages of the eccentric tensioning force, and nevertheless has further
advantages:

    a. Shorter ending;

    b. Shorter offset regulating response route ensures the high dynamic responsiveness, and  ensures good
        alignment of the first several turns.

Ø The shearing unit adopts the cylinder pressing disk cutting structure, and a video capturing system is
equipped for the operator to locates the exact position of cutting.

Ø Offset regulating system adopts the analog photoelectric sensor and contact less edge detecting device. De-
coiler offset regulating and Tensioning Roller offset regulating are included, each has independent offset
regulating system, which ensures the quality of foil alignment.

Ø Optimized welding system structure and location, makes the welding can be  done with minimum foil backward
movement.

Ø Both Left winding and right winding can be done on the same machine.

Ø Tension force of foil , tension force of paper and the winding speed and other parameters can be set or
monitored on screen.

Ø Fully motorized design, no mechanical fraction parts, no hydraulic parts. High efficiency with less breakdown.
