Products overview:
Distribution transformer is one of the important equipments for industrial and mining enterprises and civil construction and distribution system
,it reduces the 10(6)kV or 35kV network voltage to the user’s 230/440V bus voltage.This product is suitable for AC 50(60) Hz,three-phase
maximum rated capacity of 2500kVA(single-phase maximum rated capacity of 833kVA,generally don’t recommend the use of single-phase
transformer),can be used indoor(outdoor),capacity 315kVA and below can be installed on the pole,the ambient temperature no higher than
40ºC,not less than -25ºC,the maximum daily average temperature of 30ºC,the maximum annual average temperature of 20ºC,relative
humidity no more than 90%(ambient temperature 25ºC).Altitude no more than 1000m.If the conditions don’t match with the above,should
make appropriate quota adjustments accordance with the relevant provisions of GB6450-86.
The performance characteristics:
1.oil-immersed transformer low-voltage winding in addition to small capacity copper wire,general use of copper foil around the pumping of
the cylinder structure;high-voltage winding using multi-cylinder structure,the winding ampere-turn balance,small leakage,high mechanical
strenghth,and high anti-short-circuit ability.
2.The core and the winding each adopted the tightening measures,the height of the device,low-voltage lead and other fastening parts with
self-locking lock nut,the use of non-hanging structure,can withstand the transport bumps.
3.Coil and core using vacuum drying,transformer oil use vacuum oil filter and oil filling process,make the moisture inside the transformer to a
minimum.
4.The tank uses a corrugated sheet,which has a breathing function to compensate for oil volume changes casued by changes in temperature
,so the product doesn’t have oil conservator,obviously reduced the height of the transformer.
5.Since the corrugated plate replaces the oil convervator,the transformer oil is isolated from the ouside,thus effectively preventing the oxygen
and moisture from entering and resulting in the decrease of the insulation performance.
6.According to the above five points to ensure that the performance of oil-immersed transformers doesn’t require oil change in the normal
operation,greatly reduced the maintenance cost of the transformer,while extended the life of the transformer.
