4 Core XLPE Power Cable Supply Kplc

1. Voltage:
According to the IEC 60502, the voltage is 0.6/1(1.2)kv, 1.8/3(3.6) kv, 3.6/6(7.2)kv, 6/10(12)kv, 8.7/15(17.5)kv, 12/20(24)kv, 18/30(36)kv, 21/35kv;
 
2. Conductor:
Conductor is accoriding to IEC60228, the class 1 or the class 2, bare annealed copper wire or metallic annealed copper wire, aluminium or aluminium alloy;
 
3.Insualtion:
PVC can be used for 0.6/1kv, 1.8/3kv, as well as 3.6/6kv;
XLPE can be used for every voltage according to the IEC 60502;
The thickness of PVC insulation 3.6/6kv is 3.4mm;
The thickness of XLPE insulation for 3.6/6kv is 2.5mm for <=185mm2;
For 6/10kv is 3.4mm, for 8.7/15kv is 4.5mm, for 12/20kv is 5.5mm, for 18/30kv is 8.0mm
 
4.Shied:
The metallic shield layer is essential for every insulated cores.
The conductor shield and insulation shield are both needed, except the 2 conditions as below:
For the 3.6/6kv, EPR/HEPR insulated, the shield layer can be omitted;
For the 3.6/6kv PVC insulated styles, the shield layer can also be omitted.
