Application

Used for overhead power transmission and distribution lines of AC rated voltage up to and including 1kV or rated voltage 10kV.

Standard

Rated voltages up to and including 1KV aerial insulated cable implement the standard GB/T 12527, ANSI/ICEA S-76-474, NFC 33029, BS 7870-5, DINVDE0276-626-A1, AS3560-1. Rated voltage 10KV aerial insulated cable implement the standard GB/T 14049.

Application Properties

Rated voltage is up to and including 1KV, 10KV.

The conductor long-term maximum working temperature:PVC and PE insulation should not exceed 70 °C,XLPE insulation should not exceed 90°C.

During short circuit (maximum permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor : XLPE insulation 250°C, High-density polyethylene insulation 150°C;

When laying the cable, minimum ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than -20°C.

The minimum bending radius:≥20 (D+d)±5%mm, D is the cable overall diameter, d is the conductor diameter.
