1). Rated voltage U0/U 300/500V and 450/750V.

2). The long-time permissible temperature of cable: BV-105 below 105°C,and the other below 70°C.

3). Conductor maximum short circuit(not more than 5 seconds)temperature shall not be higher than 160°c.

4). The power cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0°c.

5). The bend radius: the external diameter of cable <25mm, and the bend radius is above 4 times of the external diameter of

cable. And the other is above 6 times of the external diameter of cable.

6). Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame.

7). Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently.

8). Insulation sheath material and color: PVC in red, black, blue or any color as required.

9). Type: Single or twin cables with different colors Provides OEM according to requests of customer.

1, Long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor ≤70°C

2, Highest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): ≤300mm2 cable
conductor ≤160°C, ≥300 mm2 cable conductor≤ 140°C.

3, The laying temperature should over 0ºC,Permissible bending radius of cable:for single core unarmored cable, shuld 
be no less than 20 times of it’s outer diameter ; for multi-core unarmored cable, should be no less than 15 times of it’s
outer diameter

4, With flame-retardant property,ZA,ZB,ZC,ZD are 4 types

5, The product is applicable for AC 50 Hz transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV
