Installation:

1.Check the conductor diameter and the clamp type;

2.Determine where the clamp is installed in the transmission line and then peel the conductor,the stripping length of the conductor insulation layer is equal to the length of the parallel groove clamp plus about 10mm;

3.Wipe the wire core with alcohol, apply the conductive paste, then put it into the parallel groove clamp and fasten it with bolts.The torque wrench should be used to install all kinds of clamps and fasten according to the standard torque force.

4.Close and fasten the insulation cover tightly after the wire clip is put into the insulation cover. 5.Wrap black insulation tape around the stitching of the cover body and the outlet of the wire clip after the installation of the insulation cover.

6.Check if the ground ring part of the wire clip is perpendicular to the ground plane and then correct it if not.
