Specific Property for ABC Cable
1) the min. Temperature of laying cable is not lower than 20° C.
2) the Max. Temperature of HDPE insulated cable is 150° C, and that of the XLPE insulated cable is 250° C when short circuit (5 seconds ).
3) the Max. Long-time working temperature of conductor of the HDPE insulated cable is 75° C, and that of the XLPE insulated cable is 90° C.
4) every fault time of single-phase earth shall be less than one minute. And that also shall be less than 8 hours per time and be less than 125hours every year.
5) the permissible curving radius of single-core cable should be not less than 20(D± D) ± 5%mm, and that of the multi-core cable should be not less than 15(D± D) ± 5%mm.

Basic Construction
Three power cores consisting of standard aluminum conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation
1. One sheath lighting aluminum conductor with XLPE insulation (optional)
2. One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)

1. B-230 aluminum wire, 1350-h19 for electrical purposes.
2. B-231 aluminum conductors, concentric-lay-stranded.
3. B-232 aluminum conductors, concentric-lay-stranded, coated steel reinforced (ACSR).
4. B-399 concentric-lay stranded 6201-t81 aluminum alloy conductors.
5. B-498 zinc-coated steel core wire for aluminum conductors, steel reinforced (ACSR).
6. Duplex service drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474
