1. Relevant standard: ASTM B 232

2.Application: Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ASCR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity. Normally  used in DC system.

3.Conductor type: Max. cross-section 1750mm2. Max. stranded number 127nos. we can produce according to our client’s need and provide technical data.

4. Construction: Aluminum conductors, concentric lay stranded, coated steel reinforced. Details properity according to standard ASTM B 232. we producte it according to ASTM B232 code name. like Wren, Swan, Swallow, Kiwi.

5. Special requirement: Under standard ASTM B232. it require higher quality for Aluminum wire and Galvanized steel wire, it is higer than standard BS, DIN, IEC. It need special technology produce this products. So the MOQ is 5km.

6. Packing: Can be supplied in any length required.
