10kV XLPE insulated overhead cable / Aerial bundled Cable / ABC Cable has been carrying out Chinese national standard GB14049-93 and GB12666.6 (equivalent to IEC60502 and IEC60331).

For 10kV XLPE insulated overhead cable / Aerial bundled Cable / ABC Cable needed by domestic customer, and for foreigner customers we can manufacture in accordance with CE, IEC, BS, DIN and other countries standards. In addition, we are able to OEM cables according to needs from customers.

Operating Characteristics

10kV XLPE insulated overhead cable / Aerial bundled Cable / ABC Cable using condition:

1) cable conductor of the maximum allowed working temperature for a long time:

High density polyethylene insulation: 75 º C
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90 º C

2) when short circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5 seconds) the highest temperature of the cable:

High density polyethylene insulation: 150 º C
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 250 º C

3) cable installation temperature should not below 0 º C.

4) the allowed bending radius of the cable:

Single core cable: 20 (D + d)

Multicore cable: 15 (D + d)

Notes: D means the actual overall diameter of cable
D means Actual diameter of cable conductor
