Description:Single core and multi-core cables with copper or aluminium conductor;XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed. Cables are rates at 0.6/1KV and conform to IEC 60502.

Insulation:VV/VV22  PVC 
                 YJV/YJV22  XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) rated at 90ºC

Single core-natural(black on request)
Two core-red,black
Three core-red, yellow,blue and black

Armour:Galvanized steel wire armoured(SWA) or steel tape armoured(STA).
Sheath:PVC type ST2 to IEC 60502,colour black
Assembly:Two,three,four or five insulated conductors are laid up together if necessary filled with non-hygroscopic material compatible with the insulation.The filling may be omitted provided the outer shape of the cables remains practically circular and no adhesion occurs between cores and sheath.
Application: 
Suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed installations with rated voltage up to 0.6/1KV indoor or outdoor,enclosed in conduit, in underground duct where not subject to mechanical damage.
Non-armoured cables are designated for general use including underground bruial,where they are not likely to suffer mechanical damage.
Armoured cables are most suitable for underground burial where there is a risk of mechanical damage.
