At present, more and more 10kV distribution lines in major and medium-sized cities in China use insulated conductors as overhead distribution lines, which effectively solves the corridor and safety problems that are difficult to solve with bare conductors. Compared with underground cables, it has the advantages of low investment and fast construction, but it also brings some new technical problems, one of which is t he lightning disconnection during the operation of insulated conductors, Lightning disconnection has become a security problem faced by power system. In order to solve the defects existing in the existing technology, the lightning protection products newly developed and developed by our company include feg-12/ 5 high-voltage lightning protection needle composite insulator (divided into puncture and non puncture) high-voltage drop lightning protector, etc. All the above new products have the function of lightning protection. Product features and scope of use

1. This produce is divided puncture and non-puncture type(strip the insulation layer)two kinds, which is mainly composed of an insulating cover, cramping aluminum fittings, composite insulators, arc bar and lower steel legs and other components.
2. Arc rod and clamp fittings assembled integrally connected, when lightning occurs causing the arc between the rod and the lower steel legs flashover discharge, a short-circuit channel, successive frequency arc moved to the arc steel rods and feet between the combustion ,to protect the wire from burns. Because arc stick bypass sheds and adjusted to the optimum discharge gap , discharge and prevent burn better insulator sheds.
3. FEG-12/5 type having a piercing thorn tooth structure ,barbed tooth removable,skinning or without skinning use optional.Thorn tooth using higher strength and better electrical performance than aluminum copper alloy surface after electrical(infiltration)plating to prevent When combined with copper and aluminum oxide , such as copper or aluminum wiring can be used.Puncture style withouty stripping wire insulation,avoid core water and corrosion ,extremely easy installation and construction,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
