HXGN-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet), rated voltage 12kv, rated frequency 50hz AC high-voltage complete set of equipment, mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial electrical equipment , with the function of receiving, distributing electric energy and protecting. The ring main unit has strong completeness, small size, no fire and explosion hazards, and is also suitable for installation in box-type substations.
In line with GB3906 “3.6~40.5 AC metal enclosed Switchgear and control equipment”, in line with the international standard IEC298 “AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment” requirements. And has “five prevention” interlocking function.

Product features

Fully assembled structure, light and beautiful, can be installed in any combination, easy to extend indefinitely.
It can be equipped with FN12-12 compressed air load switch and combined electrical appliances, or FZN25-12 vacuum load switch and combined electrical appliances. Small size, maintenance-free, three-phase linkage structure, obvious isolation fracture.
Load switch, combined electrical appliances, flexible installation, can be installed on the left and right side, front installation, and flipped (FZN25 cannot be flipped).
Manual and electric operation, with remote control function.
With perfect and reliable mechanical linkage, interlocking device, fully achieve the “five prevention” function.
a. When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed and the front door cannot be opened.
b. When the load switch is open, the earthing switch can be closed. When the earthing switch is closed, the front door can be opened.
C. When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed and the front door panel can be opened;
d. When the grounding switch is open, the load switch can be opened and closed, but the front door cannot be opened
e. When the cable enters the line from the bottom, when the incoming line is powered, no matter the load switch is in the closed or open position, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door panel so that it cannot be opened. (Except emergency unlocking with special key)
1.Load switch adopts linkage protective insulation valve or transparent insulation cover to shield live contact and ensure personal safety.
2.Adopt front operation and maintenance, can be installed against the wall
3.The front door is equipped with an observation window to clearly observe the working status of components in the cabinet.

Environment condition

1. Ambient air temperature: -5~+40 and the average temperature should not exceed +35 in 24h.
2. Install and use indoors. Altitude above sea level for operation site should not exceed 2000M.
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.
4. Installation gradient not exceed 5.
5. Install in the places without fierce vibration and shock and the sites insufficient to erode the electrical components.
