3. EAF-30T main technical parameters

Steel-making DC arc furnaces are used for melting quality carbon and alloy steel, their normal capacities are from 3t to 100t.

Features: 

OP, HP and UHP power input models are available. Both right and left operations for your choice. Roof swinging and top charging. Advanced

 designs of the furnace ensure operation reliable and performance excellent.

Descriptions: 

Furnace body –tapping manners: Spout and EBT tubular water-cooled and traditional roof are available.

Tilting mechanism.

Electrode lifting mechanism

It can be realized by bogie movement or mast lifting, common copper tube arm or advanced water-cooled conducting arm are available.

Roof lifting and swinging mechanism. Integarted or separated foundation designs for your choice.

Cooling water monitoring and alarming system.

Hydraulic station and control valves system.

Electric control system: Automatic regulator of electrode lifting can be VVVF controlled or computer controlled,the later can equipped with 

CRT displayer. The acting of all parts and interlocks is controlled by PLC.
