JLSZV-35 series three-phase outdoor dry-type high-voltage combined transformer (with meter is called power metering  box), respectively suitable for 50Hz or 60Hz three-phase AC, rated voltage of 35kV power grid for energy measurement,  and installed in the power supply transformer On the high-voltage side of the high-voltage line,  the instrument box is equipped with a three-phase active watt-hour meter and a reactive watt-hour meter,  or a combined active and reactive power electronic meter,  which is a metering device used to directly measure active and reactive energy in high-voltage lines. It plays an  important role in preventing electricity theft,  saving energy and strengthening power supply management. All indicators meet the requirements of national  GB20840.2-2014, 20840.1-2010, GB20840.3-2013 and enterprise Q/YCD003-2003 standards. The products have passed the inspection of the National Transformer Supervision and Inspection Center and are approved by the State Economic and Trade Co mmission to be  included in the third batch Recommended products for national urban and rural power grid construction and renovation.  The product can replace the oil-immersed power metering box.

Product feature and scope of use

JLSZV35 series three-phase outdoor, dry-type, wide-load combined transformer (with metering box),  the unit components of the product are insulated by outdoor epoxy resin casting,  and the unit components are assembled into one (or split) structure,  so that the product has It has the advantages of anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging,  anti-rain and so on. The product can be used for single, double and triple current ratio,  and the high precision of 0.2S ensures accurate measurement under wide load. Double and triple current ratios adopt a second tap structure.

The three-phase three-wire combined transformer (two-element) consists of two single-phase voltage transformers (PT) and  two current transformers (CT). Both PT and CT are electromagnetic,  and the two PT windings are connected by V/V. A three-phase measuring device is formed,  and the primary windings of the two CTs are connected in series with phases A and C of the grid respectively. There is a  ground screw welded on the bottom mounting bracket.

For example,  the single-phase watt-hour meter can monitor the operation of each phase load so as to find problems in time. If the  load changes greatly,  please use the S-class (measurement range from 1%-120% of the rated current) current transformer to be used in  In conjunction with the 1.5A-6A wide-load watt-hour meter, so as to avoid the trouble of changing the ratio frequently.
The instrument box is connected with the secondary winding outlet of the combined transformer. The instrument box is  equipped with a three-phase active watt-hour meter and a reactive watt-hour meter each,  or a three-phase active and reactive combined energy meter,  which can be clearly seen from the observation window box. Conditions of Use:
1. The ambient temperature is between -45°C and 40°C, not exceeding the daily average temperature of 35°C;
2. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters (please provide the altitude when using in high altitude areas);

4. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;

Installation and wiring

1. The high-voltage metering box should be installed horizontally,  the installation height on the pole should not be lower than 300mm from the ground,  and the watt-hour meter should be vertical and not inclined at will.
2. The power supply end (primary incoming line side) of the high-voltage metering box must be installed with a zinc  oxide arrester of the corresponding voltage level,  and its grounding resistance is less than or equal to 10Ω to prevent various lightning overvoltages, operating overvoltages, and power frequency transient overvoltages,  so as to protect Electrical appliances and electrical equipment in the line.
3. For wiring, the phase sequence A, B,  C of the grid power supply should be identified with the high-voltage electric energy metering box,  and the phase sequence A, B,  and C of the conductive rod should be connected respectively ( the phase sequence must be positive), P1 incoming line,  P2 outgoing line.
4. Double ratio connection method: change the secondary wiring:  connect S1-S2 for small range ratio (S3 short), connect S1-S3 for large range ratio (S2 short).
5. When the ratio is single,  the secondary S2 of the current transformer and the secondary b of the voltage transformer are connected to the ground.  When the secondary current transformer changes the double ratio with a small ratio,  the S2 and the voltage transformer b are connected to the ground (S3 is empty) ,  when using a large transformation ratio, S3 is connected to the grounding of the voltage transformer b (S2 is short).
6. When the high-voltage line is aluminum, it should be firmly connected with copper-aluminum transition clips,  the whole chassis must be grounded, the current transformer must not be opened for the second time,  and the voltage transformer must not be short -circuited for the second time.
7. After the high-voltage metering box is installed,  test and observe with load to see if the active and reactive energy meter rotates normally.
8. After the above comprehensive test and inspection, it can be officially put into operation after passing the test.
