LGBJ-110W3 type Current Transformer

General:

This product uses the capacitor equalizing theory; it uses optimal structural design by special electric field

analysis and calculation; it is light and handy, and it is convenient for installation.

The product is made of fire resistant and corrosion resistant material without oil or porcelain. It not only can be

used in the city with high sanitary requirement, but also can be used in the area with severe pollution.

This series product consists of primary coil, secondary coil, shell and base plate etc components.

The secondary coil is set up at the bottom; it is covered by shell completely to prevent from dust and outer

matters entering, and prevent from being corroded by sand blown by wind.

The end shield or ground shield is led out separately to be convenient for test, and it also has good humidity

resistance.

The insulation resistance is stable and reliable.

The secondary terminal block uses cast as a whole.

This is a patented product of our company, and the patent No. is ZL 02 2 88478.5.

This product uses organic composite material as its main insulation, so it has a long working life, and can be up

to 30 years.

No oil: there is not explosion risk, it is safe and does not leak forever.

No porcelain: small and light.

No gas: there is not possibility to pollute environment.

Non-epoxy cast: it is used in the open air, it is stable and reliable.

Advanced technology: use the optimal design concept with uniform voltage distribution; partial discharge is

small and dielectric loss factor is low.

Use special technology, carry out 1% NaCl water cooking test for 42 hours, the data do not change obviously

before and after the test.

The primary terminal uses copper or aluminium; it is led out horizontally, so it is convenient for wiring.

Except for the above basic symbol, suffix W2 means that it is suitable for using in Grade polluted III area, suffix

W3 means that it is suitable for using in Grade IV polluted area.
