General:

ZW32-12 type outdoor pole-mounted HV vacuum CB (hereinafter referred to as CB) is rated voltage12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC outdoor power distribution equipment used for power distribution network to break and close load current,over-load current and short-circuit current in electric 

systems. It is used in substation and industrial & mining enterprise power distribution system for protection and control,better fits countryside power grid and frequent operation places, especially for the retrofit of urban power network and countryside power network.

Characteristic:

The CB applies three-phase pole-type structure. It has characteristics of stable closing/breaking property, no fire or explosion danger, maintenance-free, small dimension, small weight, long service life, etc.

The CB is hermetical sealed, and is moisture-resistant, anti-condensation. It is especially suitable for application at severe cold and damp areas.

Three-phase pillar and current transformer apply imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation materials. It is high/low temperature resistant, UV-resistant and anti-ageing.

The operating mechanism is miniature spring operating mechanism with low breaking/closing energy consumption.

The driving of it applies straight transmission with little components and high reliability. The operating mechanism is enclosed in a cabinet, and that makes it rust-resistant and more reliable.

The CBS are electrically and remote controlled, also can be manually controlled. They can be fitted with controllers to realize electric automation or to form auto-reclosing device with reclosing controller.

They are also fitted with disconnectors of clear isolation opening and have reliable mal-operation prevention mechanical interlocking device between CBS. And the disconnectors are easily detachable.

CBS can be fitted with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for automatic over-current release and supplying circuit information for intelligent controller.

This product’s vacuum arc extinguishing chamber adopts a ceramic shell, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, copper chromium contact material, and has excellent short-circuit current breaking and closing capabilities.

What kind of product is small, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and insulation support sleeve are designed compactly, and the outgoing conductive rod is externally injected with silicone rubber.
