ZW32-24 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 24kV. It is suitable for switching on and off load currents of different properties and frequent operation occasions . It is suitable for the construction and transformation of power equipment in urban power grid, rural power grid, mine and railway.
This product is absorbing foreign advanced technology. Based on the dry domestic raw materials and factory art, the 24kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for China’s national conditions has been successfully developed. Compared with similar international products, it has the characteristics of miniaturization, maintenance free and intellectualization. At the same time, the product has no pollution to the surrounding environment and is a green environmental protection product.
The circuit breaker complies with technical standards such as gb1984-2003 high voltage AC circuit breaker, DL t402-2007 technical conditions for ordering high voltage AC circuit breaker and DL / t403-2000 technical conditions for ordering 12kV ~ 40.5kV high voltage vacuum circuit breaker .

Product structure features

1. The shell is made of high-quality stainless steel or ordinary steel plate, which is sprayed with UV resistant varnish after Dacromet antirust treatment process. The product has excellent anti friction, anti salt fog and other anti environmental properties.
2. APG fixed insulated pole is encapsulated with silicone rubber (as insulation and buffer), with small volume, excellent anti condensation performance, long working life and reliable performance.
3. The operating mechanism is a spring operating mechanism, which can be manual or electric. When necessary, a remote control operating device and a device to avoid closing inrush current can be added. The required power of external power supply is no more than 70W, which is easy to be equipped with backup power supply. The buffer device with unique design has excellent performance, small rebound and low noise.
4. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special stainless steel brazing technology without electroplating, with high welding quality, stability and reliability and low air leakage rate. Special ceramic metallization formula and advanced ceramic metallization process are used in the manufacturing process to ensure the air tightness of the product, and the tensile strength is 130Mpa Complete primary sealing.
5. The current transformer is made of high-quality magnetic conducting material and composite insulation of epoxy resin and silicone rubber. It has the advantages of large capacity, high dynamic thermal stability, high precision level, maintenance free and high reliability.

Environment condition

1. Ambient air temperature: -5~+40 and the average temperature should not exceed +35 in 24h.
2. Install and use indoors. Altitude above sea level for operation site should not exceed 2000M.
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.
4. Installation gradient not exceed 5.
5. Install in the places without fierce vibration and shock and the sites insufficient to erode the electrical components.
