The socket clevis plays an important role of connecting suspension insulator chain and suspension clamp and bears larger working force in power transmission line,of which the safety performance is important for power transmission line.As one of the important link fittings in electrical power construction,the socket clevis is generally used to connect suspension clamps with insulator chains and conductors cooperated with other accessories or acts as an insulator.   

Application:
Link fitting are used to link clamps to insulator, or to link insulator and ground wire clamp to tower arms or subjection structure. Link fitting have special type and common type in accordance with mounting condition. The special type include the ball-eye and an socket clevis linking with insulator. The common type is usually pin connected type. They have different grades in according to the load and are exchangeable for the same grade.
