1.YF Series of Forced-Oil and Forced-Air cooler for Transformer is a special cooling equipment for oil-
immersed power transformer and special transformer.

2.Absorbed domestic & abroad forced- heat-exchange technology, using single loop structure, and bimetal
finned tube as heat-exchange element, the cooler has advantage of high cooling efficiency, seal ability, low loss,
resistance and long service life.

3.Obtained the industrial certificate, comply with the industrial standard JB/T8315-2007.With 500-unit annual
production, variety types of products can meet different coupling dimension.

4.Ville Cooler has provided to a large number of customers in the industry of transformer all over China, such
as Tianwei Baobian, Shanghai AREVA, Henbian, etc.

Model Description

Usage Conditions

1.Outdoor;

2.Ambient temperature -30C~+40C;

3.The elevation is lower than 1000m(cooling capacity or rise temperature of average oil should be corrected
when cooler is used in high elevation area)

4.There is almost no conductive dust, corrosive gases, serve wind and sand or salt spray in the installation site.

5.When condition can’t meet the regulation above, customers should negotiate with manufacture to confirm.

Working Principle

Hot oil in transformer transmit heat to cooling tube when it flows through the finned tube, heat of the surface of
the finned tube will be taken away by air flow above it under forced action of fan, the transformer can be kept
operating in proper temperature.
