Single electroslag furnace Application:It is for smelting of good quality special alloy steels. with capacities
ranging from 0.5 to 15 tons,it adopts fixed crystallizer and two column rotating conversion electrode tube type
for a reasonable design which should give reliable superior operation. according to power matching conditions.

2.Electrode elevation mechanism column elevation driven by electric motor of hydraulic. the horn is a new type
water-cooled electro conductive arm .
3.fixed crystallizer mechanism

6.Hydraulic station and control valve system.
7. Electric control system:
The electric control system is of new frequency control speed regulation electric motor speed or micro
computer controlled,and could be equipped with CRT monitor,the operation of individual parts of equipment and
the linkage protection is PLC controlled.
