Quotation conditions

4.1 All present and/or future taxes and duties related to the execution of this Contract, income tax
levied on the Seller’s personnel, tax on foreign contractor’s business operated in Pakistan in
accordance with existing laws, shall be borne by the Buyer;

4.2 The Seller will dispatch engineers(Includes mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, etc) to supervise
furnace installation and commissioning. Round trip air ticket, local traffic transportation and
accommodation cost are borne by the Buyer. The Supervision cost is $200USD for 1 person per day.
