Product overview:

The excitation transformer is a specifically for the excitation system of a generator to provide three-phase AC
excitation power supply device,excitation system through the silicon controlled rectifier,the three-phase power
conversion for generator rotor DC power supply,the formation of the generator field,through the excitation
system,regulating thyristor trigger angle,to achieve the purpose of regulating the motor terminal voltage and
reactive power.Usually connected to the outlet end of the generator,the ouput voltage of the generator is
high,and the rated voltge of the excitation system is relatively low,so it is necessary to take a step down
transformer.Generator excitation transformer of the safe and stable operation is self and shunt unit safe and
stable operation of the premise,turbine power generator stability,full load power generation of prerequisites,is
key to the reliable operation of the excitation system.
Excitation Transformers are used to excite the field of generators through a rectifier.
